He brings expertise in fundraising, capital structuring and strategic partnerships, having worked with Bajaj Finance, Hinduja Leyland Finance, Hero FinCorp and Muthoot Money.

Avvari Venkata Subramanyam

Credit Head

A seasoned credit professional in approvals, underwriting and process management, with leadership experience at Bussan Auto Finance, TVS Credit Services, Cholamandalam Investment & Finance, DBS Bank and ICICI Bank.

He leads our credit team on risk assessment, credit policy and underwriting, keeping portfolio quality sound and compliant while balancing growth with risk.

Narender Reddy Donthireddy

Zonal Collection Manager

A collections professional with 25 years in credit recovery, delinquency management and customer engagement, including 12 years at Share Microfin and 3 years at IKF Finance, and over 10 years in his present role.

He leads collections strategy and teams, with structured follow-up and training so that recoveries are handled with professionalism, discipline and full regulatory compliance.

Starting in accounts before moving to sales, he has built a strong record of growth: sales incentive programmes, new dealers and new geographies that have strengthened our dealer network.

Pradeep Kumar Geda

Senior Accounts Manager

A finance and accounts professional with over 23 years in accounting, audit compliance, taxation and financial management, including 10 years as Team Lead at CEIBA ECC Pvt Ltd and earlier roles at Vasco Scientifics and PR Rao Associates.

He handles general accounts, payroll, receivables and payables, fund planning, reconciliations, cash flow and statutory compliance through to finalisation of accounts and ROC filings.
