Mr. Alluri Dilip Kumar

A Chartered Accountant, Mr. Dilip brings 15 years of experience in the auto financing industry. He began his career at Deloitte as an Audit Analyst for two years, building a strong foundation in audit and financial controls, and has since built deep expertise in finance, credit, accounts, risk portfolio management and statutory compliance.

His leadership has strengthened credit processes, risk management frameworks and regulatory alignment. Combining innovative strategies with cost-effective solutions, building strong institutional relationships and driving financial discipline, he has been a key driver of the company's growth, with a vision of sustainable expansion, operational efficiency and strategic innovation.

Mrs. Alluri Avanthi

Director

Also a Chartered Accountant, Mrs. Avanthi brings 15 years of expertise in the auto financing industry. She began her career at Deloitte as an Audit Analyst, and has specialised in scaling operations, cost management and women empowerment initiatives.

Focused on operations, business development and collections, she has played a central role in expanding the company's footprint and customer base, scaling processes, streamlining collections and improving operational resilience. She is recognised for empowering women in the organisation and the industry, and for leadership that is both growth-oriented and people-centric.

Shri Mamidipudi Ravindra Vikram

Independent Director

A Chartered Accountant and partner at M. Anandam & Co., which he has grown over four decades from a tax advisory practice into a leading audit and corporate advisory firm. A graduate of Osmania University, he joined the firm in 1980.

He has served as a Director of Indian Bank and Indian Overseas Bank, and as an RBI nominee on the board of the Bank of Rajasthan. He is Chairman of ASM Technologies Ltd and Sai Silks Kalamandir Ltd, and an Independent Director of ten other companies including T.I.M.E., Facebook India and Chettinad Cements. He has been Chairman of the Hyderabad Branch of ICAI and Treasurer of its Southern India Regional Council.

He is Managing Trustee of the M. Venkatarangaiya Foundation, which works against child labour and has brought over a million children to school; Founder Trustee of Manthan and of the Centre for Collective Development; and founder of Project 511, which supports over 1,000 schools in Hyderabad and Secunderabad. He speaks regularly on AI ethics, economics, governance and CSR.
