Closing your loan early (foreclosure)
You can repay the whole loan before the last EMI.
- Ask for your foreclosure amount: call 83330 00111, or log in.
- The charge is 5% of the principal outstanding.
- Closing within 6 months of disbursement: also 6 months' interest on the loan amount.
- Any overdue EMIs and charges are added. Estimate it with our foreclosure calculator.
Pay the amount only through official channels and keep the receipt. Once it is received, your loan is closed and your NOC is issued - see Getting your NOC.
