Before you deal with a recovery agent
- A genuine agent carries an authorisation letter from SM Square and an identity card. Ask to see them.
- Confirm with us first on 83330 00111 if you are unsure.
- Pay only through official channels and always take a receipt. See Beware of fraud.
- Agents may contact you only between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM and must not threaten or harass you. Report any misconduct through Grievance Redressal.
